    The master tests bindret.qlen <= 1, sees it's true and sends a value
    of "0" to the slave.

    The slave, in test2, simply calls subt2_3. Which in turn simply reads
    the value from the master and tries to allocate that many words.

    The slave code for test2 needs to test the qlen it gets from the master
    for nonzero.
