    According to appendix B to the XTI specifications, "Internet Protocol-
    specific Information", the T_MORE flag should be ignored on calls to
    t_snd(). Therefore, the test case snd 5 should not assume that calling
    t_snd() with the T_MORE flag set will result in a T_MORE being received
    at the peer endpoint, even when sending expedited data. Since the sender
    follows with another expedited t_snd(), the flags received by the peer
    endpoint will actually be timing-dependent.
