    T.connect 3, T.rcvconnect 3
    This test calls t_connect() with XTI and TCP level options TCP_MAXSEG is
    one of the options specified. Since this is a read-only option, t_connect()
    correctly returns the TACCES error, according to Section 6.3.6 "Privileged
    and Read-only Options" in the CAE Specification - Networking Services.
    The test also uses the XTI_LINGER option which is read-only for this
    transport provider, and there is no way to configure the tests to take into
    account that certain options are read-only.
