    Problem Text
The test for the TBADADDR error from t_sndudata() does not allow for the
fact that the transport provider may return this error with t_rcvuderr(),
as stated in the manual description for t_sndudata():

"If it is not possible for the transport provider to immediately detect the
conditions that cause the errors [TBADADDR] and [TBADOPT], these errors
will alternatively be returned by t_rcvuderr(). Therefore, an application
must be prepared to receive these errors in both of these ways."

The sndudata test case 9 should allow for a return value of 0, provided
that an error is returned by t_rcvuderr().
