    Problem Text
In PIN5.005 a grey area was identified which affects three tests:
    /tset/LFS.os/ioprim/lseek/T.lseek 2
    /tset/LFS.os/streamio/fseek/T.fseek 3
    /tset/LFS.os/streamio/fseeko/T.fseeko 17

However an additional problem with the fseek test meant that the test
received a SIGSEGV signal, and that is what is shown in the test output
    in PIN5.005.

The problem which caused the SIGSEGV signal has now been corrected, and
so a new PIN is needed which shows the new output from the fseek test.
    Test Output
    ************************************************************************
    /tset/LFS.os/streamio/fseek/T.fseek 3 Failed

    Test Description:
When a call to fseek() attempts to set the file pointer to a position
which cannot be represented in a value of type long, then the call
returns -1 and sets errno to EOVERFLOW.

    Test Strategy:
    OPEN a file
    FSEEK to offset 1
    CALL fseek(fp, LONG_MAX, SEEK_CUR)
VERIFY that fseek() returned -1 and set errno to EOVERFLOW

    Test Information:
fseek() set errno to 22 (EINVAL), expected 103 (EOVERFLOW)
