    This is a known grey area in XSH5 for which there is a working
    group resolution, bwg98-006. The two tests in VSX4:

    ANSI.os/streamio/snprintf 68
    and
    ANSI.os/streamio/vsnprintf 68

    expect the "new" behaviour identified in the resolution, and report
    the failures shown above on systems which implement snprintf() and
    vsnprintf() as per the original XSH5 specification.

    A Permanent Interpretation is requested to cover these failures.
