    Problem Text
    According to the release notes of VSX4 4.4.4 this is a
    known problem with the testsuite.
    Here after changing the root directory of the process,
    the shared libraries are not available under the new root.
    The unavailability of shared libraries causes the pipe() call
    to fail.

    Test Output
    /tset/XOPEN.os/procenv/chroot/T.chroot 4 Unresolved

    Test Description:
    The root directory is inherited by all processes created via
    a. a fork() system call;
    b. an exec() system call;

    Test Information:
    pipe() failed - errno 2 (ENOENT)

    This is effectively the same issue as in TSD5.019, but the failure
