    The failing cases are 12, 13, and 14.

    These tests verify the visibility and arguments of the prototypes
    for vfwprintf(), vwprintf(), and vswprintf(). The tests fail
    because they cannot determine the type of va_list. va_list
    is defined in <stdargs.h> (XSH5 p. 1138), which is not #included
    in the test program. It should be #included.
