    Problem Text
    The test XwcResetIC should not fail if the only supported style
    is XIMPreeditNone | XIMStatusNone.
    It should result in 'untested' or 'cannot test', or similar.
    This test will generate the message
    "ERROR: could not find a supported IM style the test can use "
    if the only supported style is XIMPreeditNone | XIMStatusNone.

    When the locale is 'C', the only supported style
    is XIMPreeditNone | XIMStatusNone.

    (This is a separate problem from the MSF4W.00028 recently issued
    which deals with another part of the test relating to XCreateIC..)
