This test failed on our system due to incompatible bit representation
from the test suite in 64-bit implementations. We believe that the test
is at fault.
The two changed lines take care of 64 bit longs by considering only bits
corresponding to the "Mask of all leds".

Test Description:
If LED s are supported: When both KBLed and KBLedMode are
specified, then the state of the LED specified by led is
changed to the state specified by led_mode.
Test Strategy:
Set value_mask to KBLed | KBLedMode.
Set led value.
Set led_mode value.
Call XChangeKeyboardControl.
Get new keyboard state.
Verify that change occurred.
