Problem Summary TSD4W.00136 This test may fail on all implementations because foreground is not a valid resource in the topLevel shell widget.
    Problem Text
This interpretation request is for tests 3 and 4.

These XtVaGetSubresources Tests will fail on all implementations.
This test tries to use XtVaGetSubresources to extract the
"foreground" resource from the topLevel shell widget.
The topLevel shell widget has no such resource. This results in
the warning seen above and the failure of the testcases.
