    Problem Text
    For the test Xlib14-XFilterEvent-1, we are getting a similar result
    as in the waiver TSD4W.00150. However, the waiver says explicitly
    keycode 0x42 which is not the problem in our case. The tests
    generate a failure in keycodes 0x0a (10) and 0x0d (13) which on our
    systems are invalid keycodes (min for us is 15).

    Can we apply the waiver TSD4W.00150 to the failure we are seeing for
    Xlib14-XFilterEvent-1?
