Problem Text
Please note: When we tested this with Xt R11 6.3 it passed.
With my current original Xopen source using Xt R11 6.4 it fails.
This bug (if it is one) will be corrected in some future
fix-tracker which we will include into our system.
R11 6.4 corrected 7 FAILs/UNRESOLVEDs but added 2 new ones.
For one I found a TSD4W. But for this problem I found none.
One cannot expect us to check each fix-tracker until we find one
which has the least FAILs. There will always be some bugs in the system.

A temporary interpretation is recommended.
A non-alignment between the reference code and its specification
is under investigation. Thus it is recommended that a Temporary
Interpretation be granted for this test while it remains subject
to review. If a change to the specification results from the
conclusion of this investigation, then this Temporary
Interpretation will be converted to a Permanent Waiver.
