    Problem Summary MSF4W.00011 A Temporary Waiver is requested due to an error in the X sample implementation.
    Problem Text
    Uninitialized whitePixel and blackPixel variables in
    Xserver/hw/dec/ws/cfbinit.c::fbInitProc can cause random results for the
    screen's white and black pixels, which strictly speaking isn't a bug;
    however it causes problems for for VSW5's tests of black and white pixel
    tests since the values are non-deterministic.

    This also effects:

    XDrawLines #72
    XDrawString #25
    XDrawText16 #29

    We believe these failures do not cause any perceptual visual
    differences in the display of applications, and request that a minor
    system fault waiver be granted. The problem has been corrected in
    the X11R6.4 reference implementation from TOG (Ref 08574) and will
    be made available to our customer in a future realease of the OS.
