    We believe that the discrepencies highlighted by these failing
    testcases have had little impact to date on the end user/developer.
    We've had no related customer queries/complaints/bugs to indicate that
    this is not the case and request a temporary waiver due to minor
    system fault on those grounds.

    When line_style is LineDoubleDash and the dash is even and
    fill_style is FillStippled, then on a call to XDrawArcs the
    source for the drawing operation is foreground masked by the
    stipple pattern tiled in a single plane.
