    Output is slightly different that that shown in TIN4U.00002, but the
    reason for the failure is the visibility of symbols in time.h when
    signal.h is included.

    'sival_'; macros prefixed with 'SA_', 'SIG_[0-9a-z]', 'BUS_', 'CLD_',
    'FPE_', 'ILL_', 'POLL_', 'SEGV_', 'SI_', 'SS_', 'SV_', 'TRAP_',
    'sigev_', 'SIGEV_', or 'sival_'; identifiers and macros suffixed with
    '_t'; and identifiers and macros prefixed with underscore and either
