A call to int lstat(const char *path, struct stat
*buf) when path references a block special file shall
set the st_mode member of the stat structure pointed
to by buf to S_IFBLK.
PREP: Obtain a block-special file
TEST: lstat() sets the st_mode member to S_IFBLK
ERROR: lstat failed, errno = 129(ENOENT - No such file or directory)

character or block special file shall place the device
ID of the object into the st_rdev member of the stat
structure pointed to by buf.
