    This IR is for the following assertions:

    putmsg 25
    putpmsg 26

    These tests do the following:

    setup signals to ignore
    close master
    put message on slave
    check errno

    These assertions fail because the test case has failed to push
    a module (typically ldterm) on the slave to handle the line discpline.
    This module is responsible to send the M_HANGUP message downstream.

    TEST CASE: putmsg

    TEST PURPOSE #25
    ENXIO in errno and return -1 on a call to int
    putmsg(int fildes, const struct strbuf *ctlptr, const
    struct strbuf *dataptr, int flags) when a hangup
    condition is generated downstream for the specified
    STREAM.
    PREP: Open master pseudo tty
    PREP: Determine if pseudo tty is a stream
    PREP: Open slave pseudo tty
    PREP: Ignore SIGPOLL, SIGHUP, and SIGPIPE signals
    PREP: Generate hangup
    TEST: putmsg returns -1
    ERROR: putmsg returned 0
    ERROR: putpmsg failed, errno = 22(EINVAL - Invalid argument)
    25 FAIL
