Certification Program The Open Brand certification program
    Test Suite VSU version 4.0.2
    Test Identification base/swapcontext 1
Problem Summary TSD4U.00032 Variable second_time should be declared static
    Problem Text
This test may fail because the variable second_time is not
declared static. Due to optimization on our system the variable
is stored in a register. Each time the test swaps to the context
ucp it reverts to second_time not being set. Without the set
condition you get an infinite loop.
    Test Output
No output for this condition is available because the test enters
an infinite loop which generates an absolutely humongous
tet_xres file that can not be incorporated into the journal file.

This in turn causes tet to fail.
