    The test may fail on implementations because ctl.len is less
    than or equal to max_size.

    According to 65X/Open CAE Specification (1994) (Draft September 22, 1994)
    System Interfaces and Headers Issue 4, Version 2, page 651,

    [ERANGE] The size of the data part of the
    message does not fall within the
    range specified by the maximum and
    minimum packet sizes of the topmost
    STREAM module. This value is also
    returned if the control part of the
    message is larger than the maximum
    configured size of the control part
    of a message, or if the data part of
    a message is larger than the maximum
    configured size of the data part of
    a message.

    "ctl.len" needs to be set more than "max_size" (e.g. "max_size + 1")
    instead of "max_size".
