    This test may fail on all implementations because it does not properly
    initialize the alternate stack before enabling it.

    The incorrect test logic here is much the same as that described for
    sigstack test 4 in TSD4U.00023

    TEST PURPOSE #8
    EPERM in errno and return -1 on call to int
    sigstack(struct sigstack *ss , struct sigstack *oss)
    when an attempt is made to modify an active stack.
    PREP: Call sigstack(ss, oss)
    PREP: Call sigaction() with SA_ONSTACK set
    PREP: Send self SIGTERM
    TEST: Call sigstack(ss, oss) with new parameters
    ERROR: sisgstack() returned 0 with errno 0(0 - No error)
    Expected -1 with errno EPERM
    8 FAIL
