    Problem Text
This test may fail on implementations that do not support
any signal generating a core file.

We feel that the method used by fsetrlimit7.c to create a core dump is
non-portable and not specified anywhere in the spec.

The basic methodology is to use the kill() syscall with an
implementation-defined signal that will create a core dump. We get to
specify the signal used and the name of the core file. That's fine
but on our implementation, the only way to get a core dump is through
an actual abend or program check.

The requirement that some special signal be implemented to create a
core dump, and that that signal, when passed to the kill() syscall
must create a dump of the process, is not specified anywhere in
SPEC/1170. There is no portable way to test this assertion.
