    This test may fail on high performance machine.

    This test executes the 'for' loop to consume user CPU time
    of the child process.
    If the user time used by this child process
    is less than the resolution of CPU time accounting ( clock tick ),
    the ru_utime of child's resource usage becomes 0 and this test fails.
