    Problem Text
    This test sometimes fails on slower machines. 4*MAX_TIME_TO_RUN seems
    too short in these cases. In the loop in procedure check_lockf()
    there is a fork() and process creation is rather slow on our machines.
    Setting the waittime to 10*MAX_TIME_TO_RUN makes the test PASS.
