This test may fail on implementations because of missing allowed symbols
in the test.
The "Invalid symbols" identified above are allowed to be seen
in fnctl.h namespace. Page 1076 of the XPG5 XSH states the following:
Inclusion of the <fnctl.h> header may also make visible all
symbols from <sys/stat.h> and <unistd.h>.
The symbols above are from unistd.h, see pages 1204 and 1205.

declare identifiers with external linkage, macros, and
identifiers with file scope specified in the fcntl.h,
sys/stat.h, and unistd.h header file sections;
identifiers prefixed with 'l_' or 'st_'; macros
prefixed with 'l_', 'st_', 'F_', 'O_', or 'S_';
identifiers and macros suffixed with '_t'; and
identifiers and macros prefixed with underscore and
either an alphanumeric character or another underscore.
