The requirements for the getdate() %R was changed in XPG5, on page
323 of the XPG5 XSH it states:
"%R time as %H:%M"
The testcase imputs "%H@%M" as the string representation of a time.
However, since this doesn't match any of the XPG5 getdate() field
descriptors, our implementation returns NULL as required by the
RETURN VALUE section.Test Output
