Problem Summary TSD4U.00207 This test may fail on all implementations. Applies in UNIX98 mode only.
    Problem Text
The requirements for the getdate() %R was changed in XPG5, on page
323 of the XPG5 XSH it states:

    "%R time as %H:%M"

The testcase imputs "%H@%M" as the string representation of a time.
However, since this doesn't match any of the XPG5 getdate() field
descriptors, our implementation returns NULL as required by the
    RETURN VALUE section.
    Test Output
    TEST CASE: getdate

    TEST PURPOSE #26
On a call to struct tm *getdate(char
*string) the field descriptor "%R" shall specify the
    locale's appropriate representation of time.
