Problem Summary TSD4U.00208 This test may fail because arpa/inet.h is not included prior to inet_addr() and inet_ntoa() being used.
    Problem Text

This assertion uses the interfaces inet_addr() and inet_ntoa() to
convert a string representation of the dot notation internet
address to an integer value and back. However, according to
page 201 of the XPG5 XNS <arpa/inet.h> is required to use this
function. Neither dghostbynam1.c or fghostbynam1.c include
    <arpa/inet.h>.
    Test Output
    TEST CASE: gethostbyname

    TEST PURPOSE #9
If the implementation supports the AF_INET
    communications domain:
A successful call to struct hostent
*gethostbyname(const char *name) when name is an alias
for a valid host name shall return information about
the host name to which the alias refers and include
name in the list of aliases returned.
PREP: Find a host with an alias
TEST: gethostbyname returns host entry for an alias
    TEST: Verify returned data
ERROR: TEST TERMINATED DUE TO SIGSEGV SIGNAL (11)
    9 FAIL
