    Problem Report Number 1300
    Submitter's Classification Test Suite problem
    State Resolved
    Resolution Test Suite Deficiency (TSD)
    Problem Resolution ID TSD.X.0582
    Raised 1970-01-01 08:00
    Updated 2003-03-13 08:00
    Published 1998-07-01 08:00
    Product Standard Internationalised Terminal Interfaces
Certification Program The Open Brand certification program
    Test Suite VSU version 5.0.2
    Test Identification headers/term 19
Problem Summary TSD4U.00236 This test does not allow for the bool datatype to appear in the namespace of the header file.
    Problem Text
The test is failing because our <term.h> makes the symbol "bool" visible.

    But Curses Interface 4.2, p. 235 says:

The <term.h> header defines the following data type through typedef:

    bool As described in <curses.h>

Our implementation correctly provides the bool data type.
