    There is an infinite loop in fclrtobot1.c

    The offending lines of code are:

    A call to int clrtobot(void) shall erase all lines in
    the window stdscr below the cursor position for stdscr
    and the current line to the right of the cursor
    position, inclusive.

    We agree this is a test suite deficiency in the test suite version(s) listed.

    This test is relying on addch() returning ERR when executed on the last
    character position in the screen with scrolling disabled. While this is
    standard practice and thus arguably should be in the spec, it is not
    and thus the test should not require it.
