    Problem Text
These tests verify that ENXIO occurs when an I_LINK/I_PLINK is done
for a file descriptor that has received a hangup.
The test strategy creates a pipe and closes one end to generate the
hangup. This is all well and good except that for the args to the ioctl,
where the closed file descriptor is used as the stream to be linked.
Our implementation returns back an EBADF, which is correct. When two (or more)
errors exist, the standard does not specify which errno has precedence
so the tests are in error.
