    Page 377 of XSH4 V2 defines makecontext as a void,
    yet defines ENOMEM as a errno return value. As such this
    is a contradiction in the specification.

    The X/Open Base Working Group Resolution 1170/158 declares this
    part of the XSH4 V2 specification to be in error. The resolution
    response is attached.

    The ENOMEM should only apply to swapcontext().
