    This has already been approved as base resolution 1170/138

    The traditional value of POLLIN has been unique in relationship to
    POLLRDNORM and POLLRDBAND. It is only the effect of POLLIN that is
    the same as the or-ed value of POLLRDNORM and POLLRDBAND. Also the
    POSIX definition of the the individual values specify that they are
    unique.
