    Problem Text
    This test suite problem concerns XCURSES. We know that this is
    not currently being funded. However, we have unconvered some
    test suite bugs while using this test suite for unit test on
    our implementation and would like to report these to X/Open
    for your future use while they are still fresh in our minds.
    Please advise us if this is the approach you would like to use
    for these test suite problems.

    Problem: Baud rate set improperly in termios structure.

    Fix: Ignore baud rate in tcsetattr().
