    We believe this is a test suite deficiency.

    This header testcase does not compile because
    hstdlib8.c declares char *(*func)(unsigned, char *, int);
    and tries to set it equal to
    char *initstate(unsigned, char *, size_t);

    size_t is unsigned. The VSU4 test suite should be changed
    so that func()'s third parameter is type size_t.

    We recommend this request be refused.

    The test reults for both tests are incomplete. We obtained
    full journals from the submitter and discovered that test #21
    passes. So the warning message shown above will result in a FIP.
    Since PIN4U.00005 regards the same issue and has already been
    approved there should be no problem accepting this FIP.

    Test #22 is UNSUPPORTED so the warning message shown above
    will not change the test results.
