    An interpretation TSD4U.00181 has been granted to bsd_signal #6
    on an earlier version of the test suite, VSU4.1.1. We have encountered
    the same error in version 5.0.2. Therefore we request that a waiver be
    granted for the test case, applicable to VSU5.0.2.

    After a successful call to void (*bsd_signal(int sig,
    void (*func)(int))) (int) when sig is SIGCHLD
    terminating child processes of the calling process
    shall be transformed into zombie processes.

    We agree with the submitter: a fix for this problem was included in VSU 5.0.2
    but it appears to be insufficient. An improved fix has been implemented for
    the next release.

    We have extended TSD4U.00181 to cover VSU 5.0.2 in order to address this
    request. This extension renders this IR redundent and it should thus be
    refused.
