    The test suite is objecting to the symbols gmtime and gmtime_r, which
    are declared in <time.h>

    According to XSH5, p. 1112, "Inclusion of the <mqueue.h> header may make
    visible symbols defined in the headers <fcntl.h>, <signal.h>,
    <sys/types.h>, and <time.h>", so the symbols are legal.
