    Problem Text

    This failure was actually noticed after running VSU getutxid
    tests first, which alter the utmpx file.

    The entries written by the getutxid are valid entries added by
    pututxline().

    The problem is that VSC requires the string "boot" yet this does not
    appear in the spec as a requirement.
