    Problem Text

    Test purpose #1082 returns UNRESOLVED whenever run during the last
    couple seconds of a minute. The error message sent to stderr indicates
    that a function called setup cannot be found:

    /test/VSC5/tet_tmp_dir/1446a/get/get.ex[77]: setup: not found

    Adding `sleep 59` on line 9779 right before:
    LANG=POSIX date_2=`date "+%H:%M"`
    will guarantee to simulate this failure condition.

    This test purpose should work at all times if line 9795
    was changed to:

    LANG=POSIX date_1=`date "+%H:%M"`
