Problem Summary TSD4C.00229 Missing underscore (_) from getconf arguments.
    Problem Text
These tests are failing as getconf is used to check for supported
programming environments, but the variables passed to getconf
do not have a leading underscore character. According to
corrigendum U041, the variables passed to getconf should have
a leading underscore, but the tests have not been changed to
call getconf with the appropriate variable name.

These tests need to call getconf with variable names that
    have a leading underscore character.
