    All the prs tests may report UNINITIATED instead of UNSUPPORTED
    on implementations that do not support the XPG4_SW_DEV option.

    Output for all tests is similar to that shown above.

    This may occur because the startup routine for all prs tests
    contains dependencies on commands which may not be present.
