    This test may fail on all conforming implementations.

    The test tries to verify that pax writes a messages to stderr
    when file attributes can not be set for any reason.

    It does this by creating a writable file owned by another
    user, adding it to an archive then extracting it using the
    -p o option. This is not a valid test.
