    Problem Text
    This test may fail on implementations that strictly conform to the
    getconf output specification.

    The Spec requires getconf to print integer values using the %d
    format. The XBD file format spec defines the argument to %d be
    written as a signed decimal. It is therefore possible that the
    value of UINT_MAX may as be reported as -1 on implementations
    using 2's complement math.

    The test considers -1 to be an invalid value and FAILS with the
    output above.
