    The test may fail on implementations that do not require user input
    to acknowledge the recovery procedure.

    This test attempts to recover a file in visual mode and insure
    the cursor is positioned on the first line of the file. To
    do this it, recovers a file, issues 2 newlines to proceed past
    recovery verification prompts, then checks which line the cursor
    is positioned on.

    The problem is that nothing in the spec that mandates the
    recovery prompts. Our implementation does not issue these
    prompts so the 2 newlines move the cursor to the wrong line and
    the test fails.

    This assertion should be labeled untestable.
