All test cases report UNINITIATED if XPG4_SW_DEV=undefined. They
should be reporting UNSUPPORTED.
All test cases for delta: 1001-1052 report UNINITIATED if
XPG4_SW_DEV=undefined. They should be reporting UNSUPPORTED.
The delta startup routine cannot initialize SCCS files because we
do not support XPG4_SW_DEV and therefore we do not support 'admin'
(among others). This causes all the testcases to get the result code
UNINITIATED rather than UNSUPPORTED (as they should). Perhaps a check
should be made for XPG4_SW_DEV in the startup routine before all this
other, unnecessary work is attempted.
The same issue seems to apply to the admin, delta, get, prs, rmdel,
sact, sccs, unget and val test cases.Test Output
