    This test may fail on systems that return a hyphen rather than a nice
    value in the ps output listing.

    Test 810 tries to get the nice value from ps using ps -o nice.
    it then uses this value in a comparison.

    The ps spec states

    Any field need not be meaningful in all implementations. In such
    a case a hyphen (-_ should be output in place of the field value.

    ps -o nice output's hyphens on our system, so the -eq
    comparison fails.
