    Problem Text
This test may fail on all implementations.

This test fails because 'type' writes its error message to
stdout instead of stderr when it can't find the file.

Type is equivalent to the POSIX "command -V". This is supposed
to write its output to stdout. A file not found is not an error.

This assertion is should be marked UNTESTABLE since no well-defined
    error conditions are specified.

    520|1 1 26601 1 1|Assertion #13 (A): GA39 - stderr and nonzero exit status
    on error
    520|1 1 26601 1 1|Standard error is empty
