    Problem Text
This test may fail on implementations that include "? " in any header
    lines.

We fail this assertion because our mailx utility displays the following
    header:

"mailx version 4.0 08/07/95 Type ? for help."

Because of the "? " in the header, the test incorrectly assumes that the
    mailx input prompt was displayed.
    Test Output
Assertion #169 (C): No prompt under certain circumstances
    Testing 'set propmt=""'
string '? ' was unexpectedly present in 169_1.out
    Command failed: 'chkline ! '? ' 169_1.out'
    Testing 'set noprompt'
string '? ' was unexpectedly present in 169_1.out
    Command failed: 'chkline ! '? ' 169_1.out'
    Testing stdin not a terminal
"? " was found in standard output
    Assertion Result: FAIL
