    Problem Text
    This test will fail on systems that do not allow options to be specified
    together on the command line (e.g. -csgw). The standard specifically states
    that portable applications must specify options individually.

    tp8 of fort77.sh test options -cgsw, -L, -O and -o in different orders.
    However, according to POSIX IEEE 1003.2, C.2.3, grouping of option letters
    need not be recognized by all implementations, i.e. options -c, -g and -w
    must be specified separately.
