    Problem Text
This test may fail on all implementations because an invalid user name
    is being used.

The test in question has an error: in the line

    mailx -n $VSC_OTHER_USER < $ODIR/DATA/62.1 > $CT_STDOUT 2> $CT_STDERR

the variable "VSC_OTHER_USER" is unset. In fact, there is no such
variable; the test should refer to the variable "VSC_OTHER_USER_NAME",
which is defined in tetexec.cfg. When we make this change on our
    system, the test passes.
