    The test may fail on implementations that do not support the XPG4
    Software Development Utilities Option.

    The tests in question do not verify the value of XPG4_SW_DEV to see if
    the option is supported or not before running the tests. The example
    described below is for some of the make tests.

    The tests for the make utility depend on the admin and get
    utilities. We support neither and have set XPG4_SW_DEV=undefined in
    tetexec.cfg. All tests for make properly check POSIX2_SW_DEV,
    presumably to make sure that make is supported. An additional check
    should be made for XPG4_SW_DEV for these tests that deal with admin or
    get.

    Output is not meaningful on implementations where this is an issue.
    The affected utilities include all ctags, lex, make, nm, strip, and
    yacc tests.
